I'm a clinical psychologist with a PhD in Medical Science. I use psychology and scientific research to assess the potential use of VR in clinical practice and in organizational psychology for learning habilities that will enhance the quality of life and job satisfaction of individuals.

           WORK EXPERIENCE (last 10 years)

  • EQ Accelerator. Head of Research 2018 - present

​I'm the scientist in charge of the research at EQ Accelerator, a health-tech company bringing emotional intelligence optimization to companies. I assess state of the art evidence and design psychological programs for learning skills related to emotional intelligence (empathy, stress tolerance, procrastination, leaderhsip, etc.) using virtual environments.

I worked with grant applications for scientific research as well as writing and publication of scientific articles.

I was in charge of a nation-wide epidemiological research project studying the effects of the suicide of a child in a family. I have been trained as a scientist using epidemilogical, quantitative and qualitative methods and the results of my reearch currently inform clinical practices and social initiatives to better encounter and help suicide-bereaved individuals in Sweden.
